All products purchased on the website are www.barrio-obrero.com subject to the Law that regulates online commerce.

No product handled by the customer, torn or altered labels, misuse, breakage, used... or if more than 14 calendar days have passed since receipt of the goods.

Once the returned product has been checked and verified that it meets all the conditions set out above, the exchange or refund of the money will be carried out minus the actual shipping costs marked in official Correos rates (www.correos.es)

If you want, we can process the shipment of the return/exchange since having a customer account we have a discount and it would be cheaper than if you sent it directly.
Contact us and we will explain how to do it, which would basically be:
Send you a "label" by email to print and attach the print to the package. And deliver the package to any post office. 
We would first inform you of the cost according to the material returned (by weight/measurements) and we would settle the accounts.

A) IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE THE MATERIAL: first check on the website that there is indeed stock of what you want to change and let us know by email of the material you want to reserve, lest it run out while your package is on its way. What you change does not have to be the same amount; We will settle accounts if it costs more or less money than what you return. Also if you want you can take advantage of the shipping costs to order more things. Then send the material by registered mail (it is safer and you can claim it from the post office in case it does not reach us) to this address:

(send by CERTIFIED MAIL but in the cheapest way, which in Correos will inform you according to the weight of the package, which will either go by registered letter or by blue package. REMEMBER THAT NOTHING CAN BE RETURNED WITH THE TAG TORN OFF... AND IF YOU HAVE TO SEND BOOTS, FOR EXAMPLE, PACK THE BOX WITH PAPER OR A GARBAGE BAG ITSELF, DON'T PUT THE SEAL ON THE BOX DIRECTLY.

VERY IMPORTANT: Let us know once you have sent the package and tell us the shipment number of the package so that we can check that it arrives safely. Since there are times when they do not leave the notice in the correct section and thus we will avoid returning it to you as well as notifying you if you have to claim it if it does not arrive within the usual period.

Inside indicate all your data on a sheet; Full name, full address, contact telephone number and email if you have one. And a clear explanation of the material you want to change it for.

To receive the changed material again, you can make the payment of the shipping costs in advance to receive it at home, or cash on delivery to pick it up at the Post Office and pay the costs there. Keep in mind that cash on delivery shipping costs are higher than paying in advance, as it carries the addition of the refund.

Once we receive your material (remember that it has to take a maximum of a week from the time you send it) we will inform you that we have received it. If not, ask us if we have actually received it, since if it has not arrived you would have to claim it at the post office. That's why it's important to keep your shipping receipt.

B) IF YOU WANT US TO PAY YOU FOR THE MATERIAL: Send the material by REGISTERED MAIL (or it will not reach us and you will not be able to claim anything from Correos) to this address:

DO NOT SEND IT WITHOUT CERTIFICATION BECAUSE IT ALMOST CERTAINLY DOES NOT ARRIVE AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CLAIM ANYTHING FROM CORREOS, AND IT HAS NO WAY OF TRACKING IT AS IT IS NOT CERTIFIED. Inside you put a sheet indicating all your contact details in case there are problems: full name, full address, telephone number and email if you have one.

VERY IMPORTANT: Let us know once you have sent the package and tell us the shipment number of the package so that we can check that it arrives safely. The payment of the refund will be made by the same method that you made the payment for the order, if you made the cash on delivery, indicate on the sheet next to your data a Bizum number or current account number along with the IBAN where you make the payment, indicating the name and surname of the account holder and the name of the bank or savings bank.

In case of returning everything: The gifts sent would have to be returned, except for the posters, flyers and stickers that you can keep. 

In case of returning only a part of the order: you have to make sure that when you subtract the returned material from the initial order, you can still keep the gift for the amount of the material you keep, otherwise you would have to return it as well. The actual shipping costs of returning the product (marked at the official post office rate) would have to be borne by you. 

REMEMBER THAT NOTHING CAN BE RETURNED WITH THE TAG TORN OFF... AND IF YOU HAVE TO SEND BOOTS, FOR EXAMPLE, PACK THE BOX WITH PAPER OR A GARBAGE BAG ITSELF, DON'T PUT THE SEAL ON THE BOX DIRECTLY. Logically not all products have a label, but we already know what garments they have and no return of these items with the label torn off will be accepted.

Once we receive your material (remember that it has to take a maximum of 7 working days from the time you send it to us) we will inform you that we have received it. If not, ask us if we have actually received it, since if it has not arrived you would have to claim it at the post office. That's why it's important that you keep the mail receipt when you send us the material.

If when discounting the material you want to return from your initial order, it no longer exceeds 150 euros, when we make the payment we will have to deduct the cost of the fixed shipping costs marked by the website, since you did not initially pay them in your order as you benefit from the free fixed shipping costs when exceeding 150 euros material.

It takes a maximum of 7 working days from receipt of the material to make the payment with the return.
